Ram glare shield clamp mount w/short double socket arm & round base adapter w/amps hole pattern. The ram-b-177-202u consists of a glare shield clamp base, short double socket arm and round base that contains the universal amps hole pattern. This mount is designed to mount to the lip edge of a flat surface up to 5/8" thick. Popular mounting edges include a car side window edge lip or glare shield on an airplance. The base has two composite bolts that, when tightened, clamp the base to the lip surface. A ram 1" diameter rubber ball is connected to the base allowing you to connect a ram 1" diamter arm socket and connection plates to create the perfect mount for your application. The mount is designed with a ram 1" diameter patented rubber ball and socket system that has adjustment points at both ends of the double socket arm; this allowing for almost infinite adjustment and perfect viewing angles. Mount will attach to flat surfaces with the following dimensions: min: 4.4mm / 0.17".Max: 28.0mm / 1.12". Material: powder coated marine grade aluminum. Ball size: 1" rubber ball "b" size.
