How quickly an item takes to arrive overseas depends on the items you purchased. If your total order weighs less than 2 pounds then shipping can take 10 days to as long as four weeks or even more in extreme cases. If your total order exceeds 2 pounds than shipping will take roughly 1-3 weeks depending on customs.
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as we ship your order out and you can track your order on our website.

As a note shipping is free on orders over $50. When checking out look for the shipping calculator button. We do accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Returns are subject to a 12% re-stocking fee to cover our handling expenses. We do not refund for shipping in either direction unless we sent you the wrong item or we sent you a damaged item. Please message us for the return address. We do not accept returns on items that have been washed or where the tags have been taken off. Boots must be returned in their original box and must have never been worn once. Some items, such as swimsuits and underwear, cannot be returned due to various state or federal laws.
