Genuine us government issue, od arctic mittens with quilted 100 percent polyester fiber fill snap-in liners or snap-in wool liners (extreme cold weather) protection. Outer shell, 100 percent cotton or nylon fabric (air force) with leather palms, 100 percent wool pile on back of hands to warm face or wipe nasal secretions in extreme conditions.
