Checklist for Running/Jogging

One of the best ways to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip is to prepare yourself with the appropriate equipment for your outdoor activity! Runners and joggers tend to require less items for the sport, as hauling too much gear can even weigh you down and make for a more uncomfortable journey. But there are still some basics that runners and joggers should consider. Those planning for a longer journey may require more from this checklist, while those going for a casual jog around the block can probably stick to the essentials.

For most runners and joggers, this list of essentials should cover most of your basic needs for your trip. Whether you’ll be hauling the gear with you in a pack or simply ensuring that you’ve got these items on-hand before and/or after your journey, make sure that you’re fully prepared by checking off these items on your must-have list.
